Abstract:

The experimental group received physical therapy interventions once a month from the time they were discharged from the NICU until they were four months of age, including tactile, proprioceptive, visual, vestibular, and auditory stimulation in the NICU and multi-modal sensory stimulation, facilitation of righting / equilibrium reactions of the body, and movement patterns using Neuro-Developmental Therapy (NDT) techniques.
