Abstract:
This project uses an automated application that alerts the information sent via administration representatives and assists in telling every person within an institution of the information. A text-to-speech synthesizer and a speech-to-text synthesizer, which both properly translate spoken words into text, were used to create this message. The automated bot receives the message from the synthesizer, processes it, stores the resulting text in the database, retrieves it, shows it on the monitor before sending it to the speakers for proclamation across the institution up to the delivery or modification of another notification. A speaker and a microphone are both part of the overall system that converts incoming data from text to speech and vice versa. The administration has access to this gadget and can use it to deliver pertinent notifications to the person who needs them. The prior construction model can only allow one message at once and is dependent on the Wi-Fi service's IP address. It receives the notice through an Android-based application, which will display it as a message, and saves the information. So, compared to the application mentioned before, which is the computerized College Notification that is virtualized., this application permits several announcements of notifications simultaneously
