Abstract:

It has become more crucial to use fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) as a diagnostic and monitoring technique for the detection of disease-related chromosomal aberrations. Interphase FISH (iFISH) analysis was performed on 92 individuals. For the detection of common cytogenetic rearrangements linked with haematological malignancies, we have employed five distinct FISH probes.
