Abstract:

The relationship between tax saving schemes and investment behavior has been a subject of significant research in the financial domain. In particular, government employees, being one of the largest organized workforces, have a unique set of incentives and limitations regarding their investment choices, heavily influenced by tax-saving instruments. This paper explores the impact of tax-saving schemes on the investment choices of government employees, providing insights into the decision-making process and the role of tax incentives in shaping financial behavior. Through a case study approach, this research aims to examine the preferences, trends, and patterns of investment among government employees, evaluating factors that drive their choices and the broader implications for financial planning.
