Abstract:

Cadmium sulfide (CdS) thin films have significant applications in various technological fields, including photovoltaics, optoelectronics, and sensors. This paper presents a comparative study of CdS thin films prepared using photochemical and chemical bath deposition methods. The films were characterized using various techniques to analyze their structural, morphological, optical, and electrical properties. The results indicate that both deposition methods produce high-quality CdS films, but with distinct characteristics that may influence their suitability for specific applications.
