Abstract:
These days, CSR—or corporate social responsibility—is an integral part of every successful business strategy, with far-reaching effects on both external stakeholders like society at large and internal ones like employees. In the Gwalior area, this research looks at how CSR initiatives affected workers' incomes. A total of 135 participants were surveyed using pre-designed questionnaires, and information was culled from secondary sources such company reports and trade journals as part of a descriptive and analytical research strategy. In order to investigate the connection between CSR actions and the financial development of employees, the investigation utilized statistical methodologies. The results show that CSR activities, such as wellness programs, workplace safety measures, and employee training, greatly improve workers' financial security, opportunities for professional growth, and overall happiness on the job. In order to achieve mutual growth and sustainability, the study stresses the significance of combining CSR policies with employee development objectives.
