Abstract:
Employee engagement is super important for boosting how well organizations. This research dives into how employee engagement links to various measures performance, like productivity, job satisfaction, and overall. By using a mixed-methods approach, we examine how being involved or engaged helps lead to better outcomes for organizations. The findings show that by focusing on ways to increase employee engagement, businesses can improve their performance a lot. We explore how engagement impacts productivity, job satisfaction, retention rates, and overall success. This study combines previous research to highlight direct & indirect effects of engagement on results. The results clearly show that engaged employees lead to better customer satisfaction, financial success, & effective organizations.
