By enhancing employee competencies and supporting organizational goals, it investigates how these actions contribute to the company's overall success. This paper discusses on-the-job training, e-learning, leadership development, digital learning, and the emphasis on soft skills. It emphasizes the difficulties associated with putting effective training programs into action as well as the significance of HRM in strategically aligning training initiatives with organizational objectives, encouraging continuous improvement and active employee participation.
