Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force in Human Resource Management (HRM), driving significant changes in recruitment, performance appraisal, employee engagement, and workforce planning. This review explores the current trends and challenges associated with the adoption of AI in HRM, focusing on research published up to 2024. It examines the impact of AI-powered solutions on talent acquisition, decision-making, employee well-being, and diversity management. The study synthesizes insights from 40 recent literature sources and presents a data-driven analysis of AI's effectiveness in improving HR outcomes. The findings highlight both the potential benefits and ethical concerns surrounding AI in HRM, providing strategic recommendations for future implementation.
