Fruit rot is a significant issue in ridge gourd cultivation, leading to considerable yield losses and economic setbacks for farmers. This study explores a range of strategies to combat fruit rot, emphasizing sustainable approaches such as cultural practices, biological controls, and the development of disease-resistant varieties. The integration of these methods with precision agriculture and organic amendments shows promise in reducing disease incidence and enhancing productivity.
