Abstract:
This study aims to explore customer satisfaction towards Bajaj motor cycles. The research is designed to investigate the factors that influence customer satisfaction and their perception of the quality of Bajaj motorcycles. A survey questionnaire will be administered to a sample of Bajaj motor cycle owners to collect data on their level of satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. The results will provide insights into the factors that contribute to customer satisfaction towards Bajaj motor cycles, which will be useful for the company to enhance their product offerings and improve customer experience. Overall, this study aims to contribute to the understanding of customer satisfaction in the motor cycle industry and help companies improve their products and services to meet customer needs and preferences.
