Abstract:
This study inspects about the relationship between employees and employer / management. Employee relations significantly impact work performance by influencing engagement and job satisfaction. Positive employee relations fosters work environment, communication, management style. This study helps in maintaining and developing strong & beneficial relationships in organization in srinidhi milk diary. This study helps in improving employee commitment which leads to higher output, better performance and contributes ideas and drive innovation. A descriptive analysis approach was used for the research. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to a randomly selected sample of 93 employees.
