Abstract:

HR Policies and Implementation aims to analyze the effectiveness of HR Policies in promoting employee engagement, productivity and retention. In Bharathi Cement has a comprehensive framework of HR Policies, including recruitment, selection, training, performance management, compensation and employee welfare policies. However, the implementation of these policies is often inconsistent and employee’s perception of policy effectiveness varies. The HR Policies are a tool to achieve employee satisfaction and thus highly motivated employees. The main objective for doing this project on HR policies is it increase efficiency by increasing motivation and thus fulfills organizational goals and objectives.
