Abstract:
Associations today are not in a steady position. Organizations have been forced to make significant changes as a result of globalization, increased competition, cost-cutting strategies, and the introduction of cutting-edge new technology. Change of any sort upsets the current business connections between the business and representative. In order to stabilize performance and ensure survival in the face of upcoming challenges, organizations today attempt to implement and seek effective organizational changes. Employee perceptions are influenced by employees' demographics, according to the current study. Employees' perceptions of organizational changes are influenced and affected by remaining demographics (education, income, industrial experience, organizational tenure, marital status, place of origin, and number of dependents), in addition to employees' age, gender, job status, and job level
