Abstract:

This study aims to examine the employee practices on training and development at Srinidhi milk dairy. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of training and development on employee performance and behavioural changes after training in employees in terms of skills and knowledge. Data is collected from both the qualitative and quantitative methods. Used closed ended type for the questionnaire. The research shows that the training programs are moderate in the organizations, there are gaps between the skills available and the skills required to perform their specific job role.
