Abstract:

The increasing adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) in the modern era has brought attention to efficient and robust speed control strategies for multi-motor drives. The speed control of multi-motor systems is vital for the performance and energy efficiency of electric vehicles. This paper proposes the use of the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) for multi-motor speed control in electric vehicles (EVs). ANFIS is a powerful tool that combines the learning capabilities of neural networks and the interpretability of fuzzy logic systems, offering an effective solution for complex, nonlinear, and dynamic systems like EVs. The proposed system uses ANFIS-based controllers to maintain the desired speed of each motor in the vehicle,
