Abstract:

ABSTRACT: This research intends to assess, by means of an analysis of employee opinions, the success of Reliance Industries' motivating policies. Employee involvement, output, and organizational performance are much influenced by motivation. This research looks at important motivating elements for employee satisfaction and productivity including financial incentives, recognition programs, chances for professional development, and a friendly workplace. This research intends to assess the fit between corporate goals and employee expectations by means of employee comments. It will then present sensible recommendations to improve incentive schemes and create a better working environment. The results will improve HR procedures, so increasing long-term performance.
