Abstract:
ABSTRACT The design and deployment of a digital secure code-shifted reference (CSR) ultra-wideband (UWB) transmitter and receiver system are suggested in this study. Despite their high data rates and accurate range capabilities, UWB systems have serious security issues, especially when it comes to position tracking and secure communications. To improve the security of UWB systems, the idea of a code-shifted reference (CSR) mechanism is presented. By shifting the reference code by altering the transmitted signal with a pseudo-random sequence, the CSR technique maintains anonymity. Changing the transmission's physical characteristics without utilizing more advanced security features is the foundation of transmission security. Both floating-point and fixed-point numerical representations are used to simulate and validate the software models of the transceiver that was created.
