Abstract:

An embedded system equipped with a Global Positioning System (GPS) and a Global System of Mobile (GSM) is used to construct an effective anti-theft vehicle security system. Through this system, the client communicates with automobiles and uses Google Earth to ascertain their present locations and status. Targeted vehicles' locations can be tracked by the user using Google Earth. The target's current location is ascertained using GPS locator, and it is transmitted by Short Message Service (SMS) over GSM networks to a GSM modem that is attached to a PC or laptop, along with other parameters that are received by the vehicle's data port. The discrete Kalman filter is used to correct the GPS coordinates. If any attackers attempt to run any of the fleet's vehicles, the user or group of users can secure the vehicle by blocking the gas feeding line. When it comes to reporting emergencies like crashes or engine failures, this method is incredibly safe and effective.
