Abstract:

Abstract Using Acquity UPLC BEH Shield RP 18 (50 x 1.0 mm, 1.7 μm), A simple, accurate and precise ultra-high performance liquid chromatography for Cilgavimab and Tixagevimab was developed using acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid (30:70) as the mobile phase. The effluent flow rate was 0.5 mL min-1 and the wavelength was recorded at 294 nm. The retention times for ixagevimab and cilgavimab were determined to be 1.984 and 0.628, respectively. The new method has been validated in terms of precision, accuracy, linearity range, robustness and robustness according to ICH standards.
