Abstract:
The rapid expansion of internet services, cloud computing, and interconnected devices has significantly increased the vulnerability of modern networks to cyber threats. Traditional intrusion detection systems (IDS), which largely depend on signature-based methods, often struggle to detect novel and evolving attacks, especially in dynamic and high-traffic environments. These limitations necessitate the development of more adaptive and intelligent security solutions.
