Abstract:

Reading and comprehending the scholarship on health in society requires statistics knowledge and understanding. Quantifying fundamental and sophisticated statistical techniques used in medical investigation were the aim of this work. 216 submitted articles from seven prestigious general medical magazines were chosen at chance for the sample we used. A standardised data collecting form was filled out for every publication, and two readers evaluated the studies. Analyses included descriptive statistics and frequency patterns. Literature-based inference and descriptive statistics, modelling, advanced methods for statistical analysis, and statistical applications were summarised.
