Abstract:
Recruitment has become a critical function of Human Resource Management in modern organizations due to globalization, technological advancement, and increasing competition for skilled talent. Traditional recruitment methods are gradually being replaced by innovative and technology-driven strategies such as e-recruitment, social media hiring, artificial intelligence-based recruitment, employee referral programs, and employer branding. Modern recruitment strategies help organizations attract qualified candidates, reduce hiring time and cost, improve workforce quality, and enhance organizational performance. Digital platforms and data analytics have further transformed recruitment processes by enabling efficient talent acquisition and candidate screening. This paper examines the concept, importance, and various modern recruitment strategies used in organizations. It also discusses the benefits, challenges, and best practices associated with modern recruitment systems.
